Bouquet: Elegant. Intense and spicy bouquet with wild aromas of honey of flint peaches and melons. Instantly fill your senses. Hints of melon, flowers, and a touch of almonds.
Taste: Falanghina has to be drunk new, preferably within 2 to 3 years. This is a medium to full-bodied, fresh, harmonious, balanced dry wine with good, but not bracing acidity. Light in weight. Like many Campanian whites, the palate feels elegant with certain minerality and the finish is floral.
Characteristics: Soft squeezing by pneumatic press. Mololactic fermentation is at 18° C for 15 days in stainless steel. The wine is then bottled in the spring following the vintage and refines for four months after bottling.
Food pairing: Seafood appetizer, seafood soups, seafood, shellfish, white meat as well as light cheese.
