Vigna Claudia

Characteristics:  The long maceration of must/pomace promotes the extraction of aromas resulting in a very individual wine of great structure from selected grapes. Of intense ruby red colour, typically grassy, a bit acidic, full-bodied. Accompaniment: red meat, grilled or roasted, but also very long matured cheese.
