Dragani Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Riserva

Grape: Organically grown Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo.

Color: Red Violet, clean and transparent.

Bouquet: Intense. Very persistent. At first, the woody aromas of coffee, almond and hazelnut. After a few turns, the warm scents of ripe red fruit typical of Montepulciano.

Tasting Notes: Clean, Warm and persistent with just right tannins.

Characteristics: Hand selected from the wine, and then desteamed by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel, then ages in wood barrels from Slavonia for 2 years. Bottled without any filtration.

Food pairing: Any kind of meat. Cheese. Grilled fish.
