100% Pecorino. The grapes, hand-picked and selected, undergo a light press; subsequently the must obtained, once the skins have been separated, is gently fermented at controlled temperature. Colour: Amber with hints of straw-yellow, greenish streaks. Fragrance: of field flowers complicated with a note of ripe fruit and hint of apple: memorable. Taste: Mineral,dry, fresh. Well balanced. Serving suggestions. Serving temperature 8-10°C. Ideal with shellfish, raw seafood, light cheeses with low fat content, starters.
